West Kingdom March Crown Results.
« on: 2011-03-19, 23:55:12 »
According to SCA-West the new Crown Prince of the West is Viscount Sir Marc du Arundel. You may know him from SCABastardSword.com.

Comendopolis went to Viscount Sir Rorik.

So despite Crown ending early due to severe bad weather, and half the continental Kingdom being unable to attend due to the same bad weather closing the roads Marc pulled it out.  :)

Was Mark the one in the black?  I guess so...I just watched him defeat (I guess) Sir Rorik?

Congrats to him. Is that the same person from Modern Medieval? He sounds familiar.

You got the right of it: Marc has the BastardSword. Rorik the Round Shield.

Marc is from SCABastardSword.com and has been in the HEMA/WMA community long before the SCA so that perhaps where you may have seen him.

BTW Sir Gemini, one of the Marshals (he''s in black), is the one from Modern Medieval. Good spotting job :), had you not asked about him I would not have noticed him.
