elbows/knees with rondels

for those that have the round circles (rondels) on there elbows and knees, how big are they? are they dished or flat?

I'm guessing 3 or 4 inches across and mildly dished. But I don't have mine yet.

EDIT: I don't have the later 14th C ones yet. The early 14th ones I have are dished and about this size.

These are the ones I have, so yes they are 4" and dished...Oh and I love them!  ;)
