i mean hello dear welcome to the order.

lol, now that you are both on the forum, is there any chance we can encourage you both to start a discussion in the
'Courtyard' section of the forum that describes in great detail the typical play by play of preparing for a joust, what
techniques you ensure to employ prior, during and after you tilt, etc. I realize this is a far more complicated request
because if I was tasked with giving a rundown of a sword fight I would be hard-pressed.  ;)

Give me a little time to think on it.  You know how things that you do all the time, you don't really remember the details when listing them because it's all just part of a larger routine? Or at least, that's the way my brain works...

Wake up, shower, shave, drink coffee, eat, work, go home, eat/drink, sleep. Repeat til weekend. Seems rather simple. :) Not really!!
