Andre Sinou's, of Icefalcon Armory, Armor Stolen.
« on: 2014-02-10, 16:08:45 »
Boosting the signal!! Please keep a look out for this armor!! It was stolen out of Andre Sinou's rental car today while in CA fighting....

Below is from Andre Sinou

"Went to the Western Division Practice in California this weekend. Parked my rental car in the Hilton Hotel parking lot in Santa Clara. This morning I woke to 2 smashed windows on the rental car and every bit of my personal armor for the ACL stolen. It is going to be next to impossible to replace what I had. Please keep your eyes open on the West Coast for my very distinctive armor. I am offering a reward on Craig's list of $1000 for the return of my armor in complete, no questions asked. If you are on Craig's list or Ebay and you see what looks like the armor I am wearing in the pics from my site, please let me know. It has a great amount of sentimental value to me and fits me perfect. Thank you all."

Please pass this on to everyone you know! Especially here on the West Coast!Check ebay, classifieds, pawn shops! I hate when people do this crap!

Hoping this can be found quickly!

He was at an event. Frequently you're leaving stuff in the car between activities at various events. Usually this is fine, since you can lock your car, etc. Though since it was overnight, bringing it in might have been safer, but really, if you have a car packed with a crap-ton of heavy gear, it's not always practical to haul it in and out of a hotel every night while at the event.

This sort of thing makes me super mad, when it happens.

People are talking about possible homeless people having broken it and stolen it to take it to a scrap yard for recycling money...ridiculous! so sad...

I feel terrible for Duke Ice...

But please take what the AA speculation team says with a huge grain of salt when they come up with theories as to what 'might have happened.'  Also, don't ever take legal advice from the AA... you should see the stuff they recommend.

I really hope Andre gets his stuff back...

Seconded. Unattended car parked overnight at a hotel with out of state plates and visible belongings in the seat is almost a bulls-eye; chances of someone out of state at a hotel being around to file a police report, do any kind of follow-ups, etc, are slim. Armor, laptop, GPS, anything of value that can be easily sold... :(

I hope he gets it back too!

It must be searched for as if it was the grail! I feel terrible, having a unique suit of armor that you had most of your fighting career definitly has high personal value. I hope it is found.
