I don't think they have a hard cut-off. I think you can register as late as a week or two before, but of course that doesn't help them plan for space/food/water/etc.But I think they're also OK with people registering and canceling later.

The opposite makes planning frustrating and difficult. This is super early, but I wouldn't wait until September 20th to register. Give us a good month or two in advance to allow for proper planning for things like the feast and space allocations.
