I get a "Spirit Discount": Free admittance for any non-corporeal being, provided I agree to behave and not posses any of the serving maidens.

lol! Being non-corporeal has a lot of advantages of course. Just be careful of men with unlicensed nuclear accelerators on their backs. ;)

Ha! Nice! ;D No need to tell me about the Twinkie.

Are photos allowed at this event? I see it says no intrusive electronics (i.e. cell phones) but nothing specifically about cameras. If so, I demand at least one photo of the whole group...if possible and not too much trouble. :)

AWESOME! This will be epic!

Fair warning! I would like this to be an annual event with us! So if you can't make it this time then it would be best to mark it down for next year!! :)

Tickets bought.

I think cameras are OK, they just don't want it intruding on the show segments. Last time we were there, the jester offered to grab the camera and take our picture. :)

That's good to know; my wife loves to snap.  I like the idea of a yearly thing too, Sir Brian.  It isn't often we get to do something like this.

This is going to knock the chauses off of them! 16 men-at-arms/knights/squires! This is trully an event I am excited for and look forward to attending. Sadly I'm going to get the thought in my mind "arn't you a little short to be a knight?" Lol. Btw, how are we all going to fit in there? All at a table, push 2 tables together, sit at seperate tables? Oh and if you are worried about the photo taking during the show, take it afterwards.

I just want to point this out again, so no one forgets--  The space in there is REALLY cramped. Take that into consideration in terms of what you want to wear/bring.

Personally, I'll do mail armor, not plate.

I might not even wear a gambeson. Just a bit thick if we're going to be crowded.

Also, sir Brian there is there enough seating for the 2 people me and my brother are bringing?(our guardians)

This is going be so terrible(terrible as in awesome)

I might forego the armor altogether, in that case.

I just called and they're not answering - so will call and purchase tomorrow.

This will indeed be a grand time :)  I'm also thinking about forgoing the chain and just wearing the appropriate accouterments, but will defer to the group.

Yep, soft-kit or light-armor will be most comfortable for everyone, I think.

If I get my hauberk done, I'll wear it with my Templar gear. Otherwise, I'll be going in soft kit / assassin garb.

I'm still undecided and will wait for the weather forecast. If it is colder I will wear armor for the benefit of the gambeson and if warmer then I'll go in my soft kit.  :-\

I don't exactly have a "soft kit" unless i can get by wearing the medieval pants, boots and short sleeve black gambeson. Otherwise, I am sticking with the half sleeve maille shirt.
