This is Gasteviande...that is 'Guzzleguts' in Norman French...she hungers for blood and glory, a greedy sort, this one.  Some of you have already seen her.

I haven't named all of my weapons...it is a process.

"I have no chewing gum".  Did I mess up the translation?  Is there a pop culture reference I'm missing?  Am I completely out of it? :-[

... meaning it's time to kick ass... :)

The line came from a movie called They Live! (1988), and then popularized (in a modified form) in the Duke Nukem 3D computer game (1996).

Movie:  "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all out of bubblegum."

Game: "It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum... and I'm all out of gum!"

I just went to my first movie in two years, Cars 2.  Things change when you have children. ;)

I'm afraid I'd miss a good number of Duke Nukem references...I was never really a fan.  I know, I know...someone call the archers, shoot this knight out of his misery, right?  lol

Yeah, just a bit.....
Especially if you manage to survive, having all the other knights laugh at the horse-shoe imprints on your armour.....

Yes, I have.
Von Gottesmund

It's German for "of God's Mouth"
It's a reference to the book of revelations, chapter 19

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
[13] And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
[14] And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
[15] And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
