Order of Malta

I was curious if anyone knew anything at all about the modern continuation of the Hospitallers (now currently known as the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta, or the Order of Malta for short). I've read through their website and all, but I was wondering if any of you had any personal knowledge.

There located in Germany and Transylvania and the want
To serve the church again. That's all I know.
