why when i open a new tab in google chrome does it not update? it shows me the same page i was on until i go back to that previous tab then page to the other tab and then it shows me what should be there

I see some of it- when you fine fellows repost it for me.  ;)

I'm also off the radar...and I prefer it that way.  I guess one day I'll join the devil's army but for now...I'll remain obscure.  :)

This is true. You can sign up for only specific things, and also block what you don't want to see.
