Actually, can you guys chime in with which models you're interested in? To recap, here's what Allan quoted us:

Sir Edward, if you wouldn't mind taking that on, that would be great!  Of us all, you're the one we're all likely to see at some point, being as you're the Knight Commander and all.  I'm not volunteering you, mind you, just stating that I'd be in agreement, and hopefully we all would.

For me, I'll go with a late heater as I'm slowly moving into the 14thC which that shield should fit right in, no?  25" long x 22" wide or thereabouts, right?

What's the plan for collecting the money? Should we all send our payments to Sir Edward or individually to Allen? It might coordinate better if we have one person collect all our monies and then send it off to Allen.

I was going to suggest everyone pay Allan, but I'm flexible. I'm waiting for him to get back to me after he does some math on materials, and see if we have enough shields in the group order.

Hey all, Allan wrote back and it looks like we're ready to go. Do you all want to send me the money so I can pay him in one lump sum? Or would you rather all get in touch with him individually?

He's OK with either, and so am I. He's estimating something like $40-50 shipping each, but he said he can settle on that as they're finished. Since he doesn't have the materials yet, we need to pay up front so he can get them.

Let me know what you want to do.
