"It wasn't the reward that mattered or the recognition you might harvest. It was your depth of commitment, your quality of service, the product of your devotion -- these were the things that counted in a life. When you gave purely, the honor came in the giving, and that was honor enough."

That looks awesome! Sadly my sound didn't work so I didn't hear a thing.

17% of the funding goal so far, and 25 days left. Hard to say.

Interesting... Ron Weasly, Eddard Stark, and Tywin Lannister. That should make for an interesting movie.

Doesn't Macbeth die horribly at the end of Macbeth? Poor Sean Bean...he just can't catch a break. ;)

Per pale azure and argent, an eagle displayed per pale argent and sable, armed and langued or.

So a Norman, a Saxon, and a Viking walk into England....

Pity, it's not getting much funding.

Is there any medieval role that Sean Bean doesn't end up dying horribly in?? I would like to see him survive one of his movies .... Borromir - Dead; Eddard Stark - Dead; etc.

And those two deaths were tame compared to the death he had in Black Death. :)

Yea, the plague's a nasty way to go.  Then there's the death he suffered at the hands of a colleague in Equilibrium (awesome actioner starring Christian Bale)...which in and of itself wouldn't be considered awful until you know the reason why- because he was caught reading a book on poetry, Keats I believe.  And I'm a fan of Jason Flemyng - the cast looks good, I'll definitely put in for it.  Anyone catch the director?  He's been in a lot of medieval/sword and sandal style movies - he played the King of Argos in Clash of the Titans, the Captain in 300, Achilles' second-in-command in Troy among other lower budget flicks.

Yes but I was referencing 'medieval roles' not historical roles in The Bronze era or historical Grecian era of B.C. battles.

You mentioned the director in other roles. I think my mind just connected Bronze Age with Sean bean dying.

I think it was me who mentioned the director, as he is in a lot of those ancient-styled movies.  I like them all.
