Me too...in one of the espionage books I'd read recently, one of the principal characters who was filthy rich had just started a project just like this one that was slated to take some 20 years to complete.  She had the builders dress in 12th Century fashion using tools of that era for authenticity's sake.  Really very cool.  I'd love to check this out some day.
