Looks like you guys had a great time!  I like your red surcoat with the chevron.  Did you make it, or was ready-made?

Wish I could have made it but my leg was really bothering me when I got up Sat. so I didn't feel like making the hour plus drive and then walking/sitting in the armor all day. I didn't even go over to PaRF. Fortunately I got some antibiotics that should take of things and I'm hoping to make the rest of the PaRF season, possibly even pulling out the Brig. once or twice more before the end of the month.

I am gonna have to meet with you guys, that would be fun. Only issue is I'd be the only unarmored guy there, mail still hasn't come >:C

Is the whole thing red with a white chevron sewn over the top, or is it all a single layer?  Also, is there a chevron in the back?  What material is it?  Just kicking around some ideas before I start my new surcoat.

red linen with white linen interior. the chevron is hand stitched white linen onto the front. nothing on the back.

don't worry about being unarmoured. just have fun! and your kit looks good. nothing to be ashamed of at all.
