I think this poor chap has been lumbered with this armour and obviously hasn`t the first clue of how it all goes together lol.
I think he has got the visors from the two helms he is selling mixed up for a start.

Confused? Looking for someone who needs parts? Or just off-loading junk? Somehow I can't believe this guy isn't just pushing parts he had laying around, it even looks bad, I agree this is a nightmare and I am one for non-traditional armor

Take a look at the rest of his auctions, it appears he's some sort of antiques dealer. My guess, he picked this up at an estate sale for cheap, thought he could move it on, knows squat about armour and is now wondering if he should have thought a little harder about the buy.
