Yeah, I love this video. I could have sworn I posted it a long time ago here, but I guess not.

The reason I love this video is because it highlights some of the context surrounding the 15th century judicial duel and the methods of training (besides the swordfighting techniques, of course). Its sometimes easy to gloss over that aspect.

I still can't do a handstand, though!

I love this video for multiple reasons, including the stylistic choices they made in how they edited it together.

I can't do the handstands either. :) I wish I had the time to train like that in general, but I'd probably squander it. :)
