There's a game called "Torchlight" that is made by a group of some of the Diablo developers. Haven't played yet, but have heard a friend talk about it.

I wonder if the odd zooms in that video are due to some kind of "slideshow" wizard? It does seem like odd spots to zoom in on, if they had a choice on it.

That's what I suspect, that it was some sort of automatic slide-show. Just stick a bunch of pictures in a folder and it spits out a video sequence, or something.
