Hehe! I still laugh at the whole idea of jousting with motorcycles without any neck protection. They all have bare necks in the movie, with no gorgets or anything else! :)

Yeah, is it strange that the motorcycle part doesn't bother me? :) After all, I also have other ideas that I think would be fun: Kayak jousting and Segway jousting. :)

...And Sir Edward and Sir Mordred came hard upon each other, whereby Sir Edward did break his lance upon the other's shield, and Sir Mordred was unSegwayed with such violence that he lay still upon the ground in a swoon! :D

Boris Vallejo is an excellent artist...that's an awesome movie poster.  I saw the movie years ago...I watched it because it had the word Knight in it, and Ed Harris was the star.  After I saw him in The Abyss, I knew this guy had chops.  No pun intended.  lol

I love Family Guy!!!  Peter Griffin is one of my heroes...you guys remember when he auditioned to be in the Ren Faire as a knight?  I'm thinkin of the scene where the lovely maiden bends down in front of the recruits and you hear resounding metallic noises from the codpieces of them all...except for Mort Goldman who gave an audible 'ding' when his codpiece did not respond accordingly.  lol
