I’ve just returned from a two week excursion across the western plains and Rocky Mountains to the coast of Oregon and back.  We stayed at many National and State parks while out west.  I learned that Theodore Roosevelt had a hand in creating a great many of these parks.  His eloquent quotes are memorialized liberally across the west and I’ve decided that I need to brush up on my history in order to learn more about this great man.
