Ugo Serrano's latest masterpiece
« on: 2014-08-04, 13:43:13 »
I'm now convinced that Ugo Serrano sold his soul to the Devil some time ago... either that or he's genuinely a wizard who can control metal at it's most base level.  Amazing work:

Wow, that's some truly amazing work. Does he shape the metal with pure willpower? From the looks of it, he just needs to sneeze in the direction of it, and it will turn into something exquisite.

I've seen & fought against his work up close (Ajax's Greek helm). I vote wizard.

West/Antir War years ago, and unbelt talks to Ugo, not knowing who he is:

"Wow sir! What wonderful armour! How much did it cost?"
"$300"

Ugo then wanders off. A Knight took pity on the boy and explained who & what Ugo was.

Fall down seven, get up eight.

I previously called this a Masterwork on the AA thread.

My experience working with Journeyman and Master Tradesmen on a daily basis leads me to identify this work in the highest manner I can think of.  It’s simply mind boggling to think that this started as a flat piece of steel.   :o

Absolutely breath taking! I bet he is some immortal blacksmith that used to work in Henry VIII armory at Greenwich.

I vote that he's Magneto!

But seriously, I hope to God that he's still in business in time for me to win the lottery or something...

Pretty sure the wizard thing is correct. :)
