It is SNOWING on April 29th in the Twin Cities.  Snow and rain are forecasted for tomorrow.

I'm pissed.

It snowed here just a few days ago, and it's in the upper 70's now.

Is there a month it doesn't snow in the Twin Cities?

(for Reno that month is August.... mostly)

Fear not, summer is almost here. And I can tell you how I know that it'll be horribly hot, very soon. We have demo weekends coming up at VARF. That automatically means 95+ degrees. :)

We just got a flood warning here at work; and they made sure to include that most deaths in floods happen in automobiles - so I guess it means we're staying the night if it comes to that.
LOL @ them demo weekends; its 54 outside right now but as soon as VARF rolls around, it'll add 40 degrees easy.

Can we trade weather, please? It's 90 degrees and sunny here in Portland - at the end of freaking April...

(Note to readers: I am abnormal. I don't enjoy the sun or warmth - I like snow and clouds.)

I love the cold too. Maybe it's just my Nordic blood, I'm just 50% resistant to frost.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the cold and snow.  Enough is enough at this point, even for a native Northern Minnesotan.

On the bright side it’s been raining for several days straight.  No flood warnings like you guys have, but the rivers and lakes are all very high.

Camelot never has this problem:

It's true, it's true, the crown has made it clear
The climate must be perfect all the year

A law was made a distant moon ago here
July and August cannot be too hot
And there's a legal limit to the snow here in Camelot

The winter is forbidden till December
And exits March the second on the dot
By order, summer lingers through September in Camelot

Camelot: Camelot
I know it sounds a bit bizarre
But in Camelot: Camelot
That's how conditions are

The rain may never fall till after sundown
By eight, the morning fog must disappear
In short, there's simply not a more congenial spot
