Looks quite nice, I know I'll need at least one new scabbard in the near future.  ;)

Mark, I can't quite see the stitch used on the back seam.  Is it a butted seam with a edge/grain stitch?

Ian, it is butted, but the holes are punched at an angle through the end grain.
