Dude! :o I admit that I was entirely too happy to see that clothes can get dirty and can subsequently be washed. I guess I just like little details like that...lol

I really hope they live up to all of their promises. If they do, I will definitely look into getting a system that can play it!

The costuming is exceptional in terms of a video game handling authentic medieval clothing.  Looking forward to my alpha access!

He totally ran that guy over on purpose at 2:03.... ::)

That's cool that they're trying to make horses behave more like intelligent animals instead of just a four-legged vehicle. That's something that never really occurred to be all those times I've...accidentally run my horse off a mountain in Skyrim. A real horse would probably object to that idea.

So now I know what will motivate me to get a non-potato system for gaming... 8)

Or how about running on foot down the side of a mountain in full harness?

One thing I'll say about PC games, the modding community is large and talented.  I've seen some screens of Skyrim with a medieval mod that made all the armor look much more authentic...I want to say Sir Ian posted some shots of that.

In any event, I'm slowly getting excited about this game...it may be the reason why I upgrade one or the other of my consoles (haven't done so yet because I like the library I've amassed over the last few years).

I love horses; that they'll show rudimentary intelligence will put this head and shoulders above any other game that has horses in it.  I thought riding horses was best done in Assassin's Creed 1 and Red Dead Redemption; other games that included horses, like Oblivion and Skyrim, or Bladestorm - they didn't feel all that realistic (especially not in the ES games; in Oblivion you could develop your speed/agility to rival and even surpass that of horses and in Skyrim they were just totally underwhelming; even the vampire horse and spirit horse, while cool, were slow and relatively easily killed).

Just watched some of the combat video...if they keep it historically accurate, fanboys like us will be drooling fit to be tied!

Ya, even in Brave Heart when he rides the horse out the window thing into the water was unrealistic. A horse would never do that. Haha the normal riding horses had armor in Oblivion but not the war horses in Skyrim. Mike Loades better actually be in the game as your trainer. I am definitely pumped for this game, so far all of these "next gen" games have kinda disappointed me. Which reminds me... *whispers* "Fable Anniversary..."
