Well not quite Sir William. Sir Edward knighted you and then me so as knights we could represent the rest of the Order in raising Sir Edward up as our Commander. – It is almost like that old ‘Chicken or Egg’ paradox! ;)

What do you have in mind? A historical timeline, or chronicle of some sort? That could be cool.
