phone issues

need a phone splitter that will split the phone lines form the multi line jack into: line 1&2 and line 3&4  why can't i find this?  i really don't wanna have to rewire my phone jacks using the 2 rj45 females. the one i have now has the rj45 multi line in the top and the computer Ethernet in the bottom. problem is, all my phones require a line 1&2 connecting and a line 3&4 connection.  help?

thanks but i have 4 sepereate phone numbers. thats 8 lines. i went to lowes and got a On-Q system. it was pretty dummy proof. fixed my issues and now we're moving in to th eoffice tomorrow
