added the top to him. not 100% sure i like it, but its been years since i've armoured anything. not sure i like the faceplate, may make another one before i rivet it on. it was based on a talbot pattern so the face plate maybe large for sca scale.

actually it was a pre viking. it was an ultuna helmet, but i didnt get the strips correct. its been that way for about 4 years or so, i just took the old strips off cause they had all my nuts n bolts tied up

like i said i'm not really happy with it. BUT at least it will be finished and not sitting in pieces under my shelf. in my way. staring at me.  i decided to do small breathe holes on the opposite side of the lance. not like i could joust in this helm as it's like 18 or 19 gauge steel lol. but anywho. here's the first pic to the final paint.

HAH/ i do have 2 rivets i didn't put in. i can't get teh drill to drill ti out right and all it does is stretch the hole. and now it's painted so i'll prob not ever put them in lol.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I know not what this "mirror" you speak of is, nor the odd black device in his hand which seems to have taken capture of his essence, and perhaps his soul. May I suggest simply tilting at windmills instead?

got the other side marked to be cut. the wife couldn't find the dremel cutting discs today at Walmart, so i'll have to get some at lowes
