Yeah, I'm not fond of that belt either. The scabbard looks good though.

I kind of like the belt...definitely not period, neither is the suspension setup, but it isn't ugly.  And the price is much better than the Gen2 offering Lord Dane posted.  The scabbard looks like a Crusader Monk job to me; just seems to be.  To me, at least.

I like the sword, the belt however seems a bit less period. If I wasnt getting an albion already I probably would pick this up however.

Model 1, crusader I believe. I posted about it earlier here and saw a pic of it posted on DoK, I am getting it because I want a second hand Albion, so it has a bit of patina on it, rather tired of nickel finish on everything hanwei so I am going better with albion.
