Important lesson on fighting from Michael Jai White

Forget if this has been posted but it's a good lesson none the less from Michael Jai White.

Well, if anyone could teach how to punch, it'd be that guy.  Not just a MA trained actor, but a former kickboxing champ.  He's spot on, because if you're not telegraphing your shots, you're going to land them.  The set they're on is for 'Blood and Bone', jailhouse fight movie basically.  Some bone crunching action sequences, worth watching just for those.

Watched it a few weeks back. It was not the film I expected, it was better.

Same here...I've seen him fight, and I like when he does action flicks, although he does comedy pretty decently as well.  I was surprised by the movie, I like when that happens.
