Simple mail display

After a bunch of different ideas, I finally decided to settle on a quick, simple project for displaying my mail.



It's just a 1x4 with some J-hooks, screwed into the wall. I might stain it later, but the light wood on the light paneling looks okay for now. The second board on the left will go slightly under the sleeves of the hauberk and be used to hang my fauld and voiders.

I kind of like how the hauberk looks like it's holding up the chausses in it's hands. I'm easily entertained sometimes.

What do you use to hold up your chausses? Do they have a belt loop or somthing else (mine have a belt loop)

very cool man. i really need to break down and get a pair of riveted chausis. they pull off the look so well. I just have a hard time spending a wad of cash on that anymore.
