My full current kit
« on: 2011-11-10, 08:00:32 »
Well with the Halloween season over I finally got some pics of myself in my full current kit. Enjoy:

Still think I need a coif though cause it would be a lot better than that stupid arming cap I am currently using.

I actually like my new outfit and the chausses are actually quite comfortable. I just cant stand how big and chunky the braies are, starting to think I should of ordered the 14th century ones because my folks make fun of them saying they look like a diaper...
Also need to work on my maille and tailor it a bit but I aint doing that till I meet someone with experience to show me how, dont wanna end up screwing up my maille shirt.
Any suggestions on what to add to it?

If the braies are really chunky, they might be a size or two too big. The kit is looking good!

If you think the braies will get you ribbed, just wait till you start sporting 15th century hosen around the house!  ;)

Massive braies are all the rage my dear boy, be proud of your under garments.
These poor chaps complained about the volumous fit of their thunder pants so many times, that they met a rather sticky end

So who's gonna start the jokes about wearing massive brais and being hung, er...I mean hanged? ;)
