Some beautiful harnesses in that post. One kit, however, looked somewhat anachronistic since the armour was clearly Milanese and the helmet he was wearing was a later period armet. Still, what I would give to own armour like the blokes in that thread. You're all very lucky.

armets are seen for about 50 years. the famous milanese suit that is usually on display has the wrong helmet to it. the museum was sold the suit but not the armet that went with it, so they added the barbuta instead. the armet should be with the suit and not the barbuta.
