It is my favorite forum, hands down.  Everyone is consistantly respectful here, which is almost unheard of on a forum where people aren't required to use their real names.  "Modern Chivalry" lives up to its name. :)

I cannot abide rudeness especially online. I always felt that one shouldn't say or type anything if they are not ready to spill blood over it. Shame we have generations of 'talking smack' is so prevalent on many other forums.

I’m not a big computer guy and I’ve only been active on 4 forums, ever.  I’m no longer active on the Mount & Blade / Taleworlds  forum due to the level of venom and rudeness displayed, even by the moderators!  The members of this forum consistently display a high level decorum even when discussing a difference of opinion.  This is an all too rare and welcome “oddity” in today’s world.

I think it a testament to what could be...given that we come from all walks of life and have come together because we share like interests and attitude about the world in general.  I love it here...I hope it remains for a long time.

Amen! This is literally the only website I've seen where there has been 0 full blown arguments. Or even a single rude comment!
Even places such as the venerable MyArmoury with it's riot police moderators (Not that I disagree with them, they're really good about it, it's just the reality) still builds up serious tension now and then.

This site really is the best example of Modern Chivalry.
