I don't see any labels for the home theater, computer room, armory, etc. :)

Agreed; I think the pantry/larder/food storage would've been on the first or lower levels...lower levels because it would be cooler belowground than above it.  My thoughts on it anyway.

Where's the oubliette? You have to have a dungeon of some kind.
