Does anyone know anything at all about home-brewing mead? After discovering r/mead on reddit, I'm thinking about giving it a try. I want to see if I can have some in time for DoK.

I've always bought my mead :)  I know Frater Rogerson makes mead, but he is unfortunately no longer coming to DoK.
