Boris Bedrosov’s amazing work
« on: 2014-02-23, 03:41:28 »
I hate to sound like a fan boy, but does anyone else follow Boris Bedrosov’s work on myArmoury?  That man has more natural ability wrapped up in his pinky than I can ever hope to have.

I have no idea how he juggles multiple projects of such high quality and stays sane.

Yes, that’s him.  He also has threads where he’s made or making a baselard dagger, quillon dagger, rondel dagger, flail, mace, another mace, and kettle hat & shield.  Not to mention the khanjar, kilic, and turban helmet at the tail end of the Yushman thread!   :o

That guy is amazing. I don't know what's more impressive, his work or the fact he can find the time to do it all!

Boris nailed it again.

This time he’s made a beautiful crescent pommel dagger for a reenactor friend.   8)

Boris has completed yet another project, a beautiful kilij.  Not only did he make every component by hand, he inlayed stones in the grip and then topped it off with a wonderful scabbard featuring repoussed brass fittings!   8)

Indeed, amazing.
