It is not hardly, Ivan. Don't listen to Sir Edward...he just turned 40 (incidentally, only two months ago, I did the same) and he's feeling the blues of having joined another, older decade.
But it isn't downhill from here...we still have a number of good years left if Sir Brian is any indication of how to age both gracefully yet manfully as well. I do not mean to put him out there, but if you'd ever met him, seen him fight or crossed swords with him, I doubt you'd guess that he's nearly a full ten years older than Edward or I.
So no, definitely not down hill...maybe flatlands...yea, flatlands.
34. I remember that age well...I'm a little slower than I was then, I think I peaked at 33 or 34, but I find I'm also stronger than I was. I attribute that to diet and exercise...on occasion. lol
