I’m not sure those laws are applicable since James Persyn nor his younger siblings were not the sexual assault victims but became involved when the sexual assault victim sought sanctuary in the Persyn home. The father of the Persyn children probably gave permission to ABC to disclose their names. The rape victims’ name was never divulged.
