Of them all, this is the one I like best.  I saw one just like this:



Someone makes this particular one but I can't remember where I saw it.  Let me know if you can't see it.

No surprise there, but they do look like they belong together.  Someone modern is making these now but the name still escapes me.  Is that a modern hinge on there?
