Gotta love the 15th century for ostantacious fashion statements. :)

I believe those are extensions on the toes... they can be removed, and underneath is a more "natural" ending for the toes.

you would be surprised to know that there are shoes to fit that. there called pullains i think.  not saying they go with this armour, but it is a fashion in the later 15thc to have really long toed shoes

I like late XVth Century armour for its elegance and practicality.



Transitional armour from the middle-to-late XIVth Century is also cool.
