This was such a useful resource page, even if it was pretty haphazardly organized. We just discovered that it's gone. It looks like the owner had posted it to their personal web space with their ISP account, and that account is now gone.
I've grabbed a copy of what still existed in archive.org, but it's missing about a third of the images:
http://modernchivalry.org/greathelms/ (http://modernchivalry.org/greathelms/)
I did some quick googling, but as far as I can tell, no one ever mirrored the page elsewhere.
What we may have to do is just clear out the entries that are missing the images, reorganize the page a bit, and add some more entries, and just keep a link to one of the snapshots on archive.org to give credit where it's due.

I'm not 100%, but I bet some of them are here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/75years/ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/75years/)
I'm not a member of the group, so I can't see any of the photos, but a quick cross-check with "Andy Goddard" as mentioned at the bottom of that page shows an "Andy Goddard" mentioned there - whether it's the same one or not, I don't know, but there's probably not a huge number of Andy Goddards who post about a specific 75 year range of medieval stuff, so I'm hopeful. :D

The Wayback Machine any help?

The Wayback Machine any help?
That's how I got the ones we have so far. It's missing the rest.

Woah, thats basically what I was looking for, shame it's missing some of the images but it does show the originals which is cool.

i joined the group last night after my horrific discovery of it being gone. i asked the same question as to the pictures today
-
There's also a contact email address on the original page itself, so I sent a message asking if the pictures still exist somewhere since we want to preserve that info.

let hold hands now and sing, we shall over come! this awesome piece of information will not be lost

Well if we can't recover those last few images, I think we should clear those entries off and replace them with whatever we can find. His comments are useless if we don't know exactly what picture he was talking about. I'm just glad we were able to recover as much as we did!

Sir Edward, remember me asking you about the character Godfrey's symbol in Robin Hood? Think I just found it - look at the red shield.

Ooooh!!
That's an ancient webpage I threw together ages ago. I have to check if I
still have the original files and publish them again on my own domain. The
info on it is considerably dated and I'll have to update that too. Let me
see if I can find something in my old backups...

Cool. Yeah, I figured it was something he just posted and forgot about, not knowing that we all used it. :)

I snagged the additional photos, but also updating our links page to point there. Excellent!
