Title: The Sith in the 14th Century
Post by: Ian on 2012-03-18, 20:32:06
Some of you may have seen this before, but I think it's pretty darn cool.  So the first photo is of one of the many original bascinets housed in the Churburg Castle collection.  From this angle it looks like one of the common flavors of klappvisor bascinets seen in the second half of the 14th century.

From this angle however... *queue the imperial march**

Haaaaaaaaaaaaa...I like it!  Found an Imperial Storm Trooper in the 17th...replete with kilt; last year at the MDRF.  Where's that pic at?  Ah!
