It just occurred to me that IF Sir Edward and his Lady Katherine ever decided to run a day care center they might have a little trouble getting past the home safety inspection for their certification!   :D

It's the "less" common generally Italian style mace, flanged, specifically.

That one has some decorative punch-out in it, but looks very similar. It should at least lead you in the right direction by having a more specific name/style.
