37 is NOT old...in fact...unless you're retirement age, technically you're not old. Maybe too old to still be up in the club chasing tail...but not too old. And definitely not too old if you can still wield a sword!

Yep, that's how I know I'm not dead... as long as I can pick up a sword, I know I'm still kicking. :)
