I thought the original line was the Polish navy had glass bottomed boats!  Love the French one.  LOL

Well you must remember that it is supposedly written by John Cleese with a British perspective as is evident by the poignant lack in making any mention of Americans.  ;)

Sir William:
Nor should they, unless they would like to take a trip down memory lane and get a refresher!  I don't figure us to remain on top forever, but it'd be nice if it remained so for the foreseeable future.
