I did manage to put the keyhole in the demi greave and the rivet in the greave so they could act like 1 piece but not be attached.  I also had to add a longer strap to the spaulder to go around the rerebracer.

ground down the edges of the coat of plates pieces (also called an armoured surcoat) and cut out the top to a 2 piece breastplate.  man I had a productive weekend. I love weekends like this, I want more!!!

It is all looking real good! What material are you using for the CoP?
