http://www.papo-france.com/?langue=en saw these at Myrtle Beach.  There much like the http://www.schleich-s.com/ figures, but there were a lot more variants and fantasy figures

Very cool. Are they in the same scale as the Schleich pieces?

from looking at them I think so. i had both in my hand at 1 store.  oh, did you see they have a few skeletons ehehhe

There's a toy store in Old Town Alexandria that sells these as well as the Schleich ones. I must say, I'm a bit partial to the Schleich ones, but these are still cool. :)

The Schliech toys are great collectibles. After finding the tournament pavilion at Target for about $4, I decided I needed knights to go with it. They're starting to take over the top of my TV.
