Gravefind - a 350 year old preserved corpse of a French noblewoman

(1/2) > >>

Sir William:
Check it out, gents:  http://www.cnn.com/2015/06/03/europe/noblewoman-preserved-corpse-france/index.html

They also found her husband's heart in a lead reliquary nearby.

Ian:
Nice!  If only she was 300 years older :)

Sir Edward:

Great! Yeah, totally the wrong period, of course. Heh. :)

Sir William:
Yea, bad lady for being too young.  lol

It would seem that a hermetically sealed lead casket is the way to go if you wish to be preserved; of course now we can make them airtight for even better preservation.

I suppose using my fridge as a casket would save a lot of money wouldn't it?
