I would be terrified to have someone with a war hammer attack me. I can only imagine that even if my opponent was unable to land a decisive killing blow, wherever he connects, something is going to break, rendering at least staggered, if not completely incapacitated. Death by war hammer just sounds like a brutal way to go.
