Any more info on this? Times of day? Event schedule?

What should we plan on bringing? Armor & swords show-and-tell, I'm assuming. Do we want to do a fight demo?

ok i will call Mr John tomorrow at work and get the schedule all ironed out. sorry i haven't gotten it done yet, I'm the only one working this summer so I have 0 down time.

walk in w/ John Parker (key note speaker of the night and host)

need to get who is going to be there so i can give them numbers for food. women's are welcome.

I'll be there and can do "show and tell", but I'm not up for doing any combat. I'm happy to do announcing / referee / judge / score keeper / whatever-we-call-it

set up at 530.

starts at 6 PM ends after dinner. meeting ends at 9pm

Escort the Dignitaries in to their tables. have a table to show off swords, armour, gear etc as the people walk in.

free food.Dinner buffet of CranApple Roasted Pork, Baked Lemon Dill Tilapia, Gourmet Whipped Potatoes & Gravy, Wild Rice Pilaf, Warm Rolls & Butter, Assorted Layer Cakes, Coffee, Iced Tea and Water. There is a preset Garden Salad with Spring Mix, Shaved Carrots, Sliced Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes and Onions. A vegetarian meal is available upon request.

I need to know who can be there ASAP so your dinner will be paid for.

Still good for me. I'll judge / ref if needed, but I'm not fighting.
