RenFaires 2013 Season
Sir Edward:
Cool, I look forward to seeing all of you there!
Sir James A:
I should be out there tomorrow, armor as well. I managed to severely strain my right upper chest today; whether it was the bow, the armor cleaning, the dent removal, the sewing, the compensation of my right arm doing everything since I still don't have 100% use of my left thumb/grip again yet, or the culmination of it all, I have no idea. When it hurts to sit up, hurts to lay down, and getting out of the shower you go to dry off and it's sheer agony the likes of which you can't even raise your arm overhead to dry off... something is amiss. I'm hoping my friends Ice Pack and Couple Aleves will make it go away by morning! At least the car is already loaded and ready to go. :)
Sir Brian:
Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow Sir James and hope we see you soon Stormdelver!
Oh and one of the security guys at MDRF asked me to let him know in advance the next time we do a knighting so he can make sure his son is there to see it. So your knighting was quite the hit last year! :)

Sir Brian, did you also remind him that traditional knightings require a 'sword' they do not allow @ MDRF?? LOL :)

We worked around that little problem with security at MDRF by holding the ceremony just outside the main entrance with the portcullis as a backdrop. ;)
