warm well wishes for one of my instructors
B. Patricius:
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to post this about my new friend, John. He's a decorated veteran of the US Army. He goes by Sir Thorn in the Adrian Empire and has been teaching archery for over 20 years. He's an amazing guy with a huge heart and always has a smile will always help those in need. He's a true knight.
Last night, he blacked out. Next thing he knew, there were paramedics above him. He didn't recognize his wife, his daughter, or his grandkids. He's in the hospital now, they're keeping him there for a couple of days. The good news is, if you can judge a hospital by the first responder equipment they keep, he's in good hands. There's a beautiful Augusta 109 parked out on the helipad, and all the ambulances old and new, look well loved and maintained.
We all come from different backgrounds, religions, and beliefs. So, just whatever you think you may be able to give to help, even if it's just a "I'm here for ya" post, it's greatly appreciated.

Sir Edward:
I'm sorry to hear that! I hope he doesn't have something serious.
I read about something a while back (transient global amnesia) that has stroke-like symptoms, but mainly a loss of memory and recognition, and it's temporary. Oddly enough, sex is one of the primary triggers:

Hopefully it's something like that, and not a stroke, or tumor, or anything more serious.
Corvus:
Very best wishes for your friend's speedy recovery
B. Patricius:
Sir Edward, I certainly hope so. Many thanks to you and Corvus for your well wishes, they're much appreciated. He's in the hospital for the next few days for overwatch. Here's hoping we hear some good news soon. I talked with him on the phone today, and he seems to be in good spirits, which is essential to recovery. So, all we can do is be hopeful.
Sir James A:
If he recognized you on the phone, sounds like his memory is back/returning. I hope he gets better soon.
